• Free Delivery

All product orders shipped to the UK in-store come with free shipping.
Some products can be shipped to Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, and the United States.

Usually, order handling time takes about 1-3 days and express shipping takes about 4-7 days depending on different countries, regions and carriers.
Please note that we have no control over the shipping process.

• Delivery Delays

We always endeavor to deliver your order on time however, there may be factors outside our control such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues that may delay your order. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.

• Lost Packages

If you have not received your order, please contact our Customer Care Team who will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to the specified delivery address. Once courier tracking confirmation is received of an order being delivered and signed for at the delivery address our liability ceases.

• Damages to your order

We do make every effort to ensure your order is delivered in good condition however, occasionally some products can get damaged during delivery so we please ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your order, please contact our Customer Care team with photos. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving damaged items, we will deem your order as accepted.

• Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address during checkout, We do not accept PO/APO/FPO addresses. We are not responsible for any invalid or undeliverable address.
For security purposes, we're unable to redirect the package once it has been shipped.

• Order Confirmation

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
