• When will my Timu-group order ship?
We process and ship out all orders ASAP. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped in the next 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery between 3-10 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the checking number. You can review the email to find the tracking number.
Or you can check your order status and details by logging in to your account.
  • Where will my Timu-group order ship from and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders with standard shipping usually take 3-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive at their final destination.


  • Do you ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses?

Sorry. We do not accept PO/APO/FPO addresses.


  • Why hasn't my tracking information been updated?

Many parcels are in the warehouse and need time to arrange them for you. Also due to other reasons like weather or traffic trouble, it may cause slow delivery if there are any customs stuck and some roads locked. The tracking status may update slowly. Please wait patiently.

We want you to love your Timu-group purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please email within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your items.

 All items purchased directly from may be accepted for return.
